  • Direct Atelier Express Shipping: To ensure maximum efficiency and minimal transit time, completed custom creations are packed under strict security protocols and shipped directly from our master workshop to your door via premier express international couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS).
  • Complimentary Express Shipping: We offer complimentary international express shipping on all custom jewelry orders. An adult signature is strictly required upon delivery for maximum security.
  • Customs & Logistics Management: We handle all necessary customs documentation and international transport logistics on your behalf, guaranteeing a seamless, stress-free delivery process.
  • Estimated Production & Delivery Timeline: The total custom creation process typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from 3D CAD approval to delivery:
    • Design & CAD Approval: 3–5 business days
    • Handcrafted Production & Stone Setting: 2–3 weeks
    • Express International Transit: 7–14 business days after production completion (timing may vary slightly depending on destination customs clearance).

Lifetime Support, Resizing & After-Sales Policy

  • Local US Studio After-Sales Care: While finished creations are crafted and shipped directly from our master atelier for speed and precision, all long-term support, resizing, and maintenance are handled locally by our US Studio. You will never need to send your ring back overseas for after-sales service.
  • Complimentary Resizing: We provide one complimentary ring resizing (up or down by 1 full size) within the first 60 days of delivery for standard ring designs. Simply ship your ring directly to our US Studio. (Note: Full-circle eternity bands with continuous stone settings cannot be resized and require a full resetting quote).
  • Lifetime Care & Structural Assurance: Our dedicated US Studio provides local protection against structural defects, metal integrity issues, prong safety inspections, and routine setting adjustments via fast, domestic shipping without international complications.
  • Manufacturing Defects Guarantee: In the unlikely event that an item arrives with a structural manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos or videos. We will provide a prepaid domestic shipping label to inspect, repair, or replace the piece at zero cost to you.
