Once you approve the design, we 3D-print your precise resin model and perform lost-wax investment casting, melting your choice of solid gold or platinum into a hollow mold to transform your custom digital lines into physical precious metal.
Seasoned master bench jewelers hand-file, assemble, and shape every part of your raw metal setting — cutting away sprues, straightening prongs, and evening out stone seats. Before any diamonds are mounted, the ring undergoes a specialized pre-polishing phase to ensure a smooth and brilliant mirror finish.
