Yes. All of our center lab-grown diamonds 1.00 carat and larger come with an official, independent grading report from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), detailing their exact cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. For Lab-Grown Diamonds below 1.00 carat, we do not provide complimentary IGI certification. However, for accent stones or diamonds under 1.00 carat, each stone is individually hand-selected and inspected under high magnification with D-E color, VVS-VS clarity, and an Excellent cut to ensure flawless optical brilliance.

We source our lab-grown diamonds exclusively from premier diamond growers and cutters in Shenzhen and Shanghai, the world's top-tier IGI-certificated lab-grown diamonds and gemstone suppliers origin, adhering to grading standards for clarity, polish, cut, and symmetry far stricter than anywhere else in the world. Most importantly, we strictly select as-grown, non-treated CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) diamonds. Unlike lower-grade lab-grown diamonds that undergo harsh post-growth HPHT treatment to artificially alter their color, our CVD diamonds grow slowly and naturally into pure, icy-white D, E, and F color grades with zero color treatment.By partnering directly with leading producers known for strict quality standards, we select only top-tier Type IIa rough crystal for white diamonds, the rarest and chemically purest form of diamond (representing less than 2% of natural diamonds)—ensuring exceptional clarity, icy color grades, and optimal light performance without milkiness or brownish undertones.

While your order is crafted and shipped directly from our master atelier for speed and precision, all long-term support, resizing, and maintenance are handled locally by our US Studio. You will never need to send your ring back overseas for after-sales service—simply ship it directly to our US location for fast, hassle-free domestic care.

Q: What is your return policy for custom jewelry?

Because each custom piece is individually handcrafted around your specific ring size, stone selection, and design preferences, custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable once 3D CAD design is approved and physical casting begins.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order before casting begins?

If you choose to cancel after CAD renderings are created but before physical casting starts, a nominal design deposit ($150) will be retained to cover design labor, and any remaining balance will be fully refunded.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the finished piece?

While custom items are non-refundable, your happiness is our top priority. If something doesn't feel quite like you, we will work directly with you through our US Studio to resize, modify, or adjust your setting until it brings you complete joy.
Q: What if my ring arrives with a manufacturing defect?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a structural defect, please contact us with photos or videos. We will provide a prepaid domestic shipping label to inspect, repair, or replace the piece at zero cost to you.

Q: What if I need my ring resized after receiving it?

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first 60 days of delivery for standard ring styles (up or down by 1 full size). Simply ship your ring directly to our US Studio. (Note: Full-circle eternity bands cannot be resized and will require a full resetting quote).

You never have to ship your jewelry back overseas. Our dedicated US Studio handles all routine care, including:
